He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Ralph, Hannah Horner and Kenneth Coulter; his aunt Christine; and his uncle Frank Lucas.

He is survived by : his parents, Gary Horner and Bonnie Horner; his grandmother Carolyn Coulter; and his aunts and uncles, Cindy Kania (Jerry Fletcher), Tina Wight (Tracy), Arnold Horner (Lisa), Jerry Horner (Shelly), Tanya Algozinni (Tony), Sharon Wasko (Scott) and Susan Coulter (Gary Smith).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Columbus Baptist Church.
