He was predeceased by: his parents, Maryellen Rollins and Clarence Kidd; and his sister Dawn Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Gail Kidd; his stepfather Howard Rollins; and his siblings, Cindy DiPietro, Karen Wilson and Clarence (Kim Kidd).
