He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Rawding and Joan Rawding. He is survived by: his wife Denise (Henry); his children, Veronica (Tom), Matt Jr. (Amanda), Tommy (Katie), Teddy (Maddie), Elizabeth, Kathleen (Jacob) and Christina; his grandchildren, Isabella, Makenzie, Tommy and Penelope; and his siblings, Jeff (Jeanne), Carole (Eileen) and Artie (Kenny).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the St. Thomas More Church (4 Convent Rd, Morristown, NJ 07960). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
