Joseph Acciani Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Acciani of Cranbury, New Jersey, born in New Brunswick, New Jersey, who passed away on June 14, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid Joseph farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Joseph is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Acciani and Margaret Acciani; and his siblings-in-law, Margaret Acciani and Alan Manger. He is survived by: his siblings, Regina Armstrong of Monmouth Junction, Mary Ann "Maya" Manger of Flanders, Tobias Acciani (Judy) and Patrick Acciani of Clarksburg, NJ. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mitruska Funeral Home (23 Ford Ave, Fords, NJ 08863). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 12:45 PM to 1:15 PM at the Holy Rosary Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Joseph's memory to St Jude Children's Research Hospital at stjude.org.
