He was predeceased by: his parents, William David and Thelma V. Kraft (Ringlaben); his sister Sarah Kraft Bond; and his former wife Miriam Stecker Kraft. He is survived by: his son William D. Kraft III of Buckingham, PA.; his wife Katherine M. Kish; his son-in-law Steve Frahm; his brother Robert H. Kraft (Rebecca Goldfield); and his brother-in-law L. Stephen Kish (Beth). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society-Prostate Cancer Research or to the national Alzheimer's Association for research which Bill supported in honor of his mother.
