He was predeceased by: his parents, John George McDougall and Dorothy Claire McDougall; his sister-in-law Helen Kalin-Van Rossum; his niece Cherylee Van Rossum; his aunt Ruth; and his uncle Andy Youchock.
He is survived by: his wife Janet; his children, Maureen and Keith; his brother Dan McDougall; his sister-in-law Wendy McDougall; his nieces and nephews, Paul, Michelle Van Rossum, Craig, Johanne Van Rossum, Reed, Kathleen Van Rossum, Lauren, Grant Harm and Carey McDougall; and his cousins, Andrea, Ed, Chelsea, Kelly Baker, Linda and Tom Jackowski. He is also survived by his wife, children, daughter-in-law, and grandchildren.
