He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Rita Dias Ribeiro Paco (De Barros); his daughters, Cristina Paco Goncalves (Carlos) and Andrea Paco Fernandes (Andre); and his grandchildren, Victoria Goncalves, Liliana Goncalves, Raquel Goncalves, Emma Fernandes and Jackson Fernandes. He was also cherished by siblings and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Buyus Funeral Home (426 Lafayette St, Newark, NJ 07105).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Jose's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital would be graciously appreciated.
