With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marilyn C. Matthews of Cranford, New Jersey, born in Brooklyn, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 12, 2026. She was predeceased by: her husband Henry "Matty"; her parents, Gerald and Sophie; and her sister Carol. She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer; her grandchildren, Matthew and Sophie; her sister Jeanne; her nephews, Jerry (Susan) and Jimmy (Heather); her niece Laura (Jesse); and her great-nieces, Abigail and Evelyn.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to Voices Center for Resilience, Or to St Jude Children's Research Hospital.
