He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Helen Collett (Dalton); his pet Scooter; his wife Ellen (Mulrooney); his son Martin; his daughter-in-law Adriane (Padakis); and his granddaughters, Molly and Ruby Collett. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
A Mass was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 at 7:30 AM at the Open the Church. Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Dooley Funeral Home (218 N Ave W, Cranford, NJ 07016). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Michael's Church (40 Alden St, Cranford, NJ 07016).
