He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kavalus and Mary Ellen Kavalus; his grandparents, Anne, Harold G. Eikamp, Leonard and Margaret Kavalus; his uncle Timothy H. Eikamp; and his aunt Mary Beth Eikamp.
He is survived by: his siblings, Meghan Kavalus, Michael Kavalus and Kaitlyn Rickards; his nephews, Clayton Rickards and Joseph Rickards; his niece Summer Rickards; and his godparents, Kathleen Battaglia and Peter Kavalus. He is also survived by loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
