He was predeceased by: his daughter Anne Salway Dolan; and his siblings, Jim, Tom and Barbara. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his son Rick; his son-in-law Aaron Dolan; his grandchildren, Cassidy Salway, Katie and Andrew Dolan; and also, Herky and Fin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
