He was predeceased by: his parents, William Styler and Jane Styler; and his sister Patricia Williams. He is survived by: his wife Marsha Frances Ellis; his brother Thomas Styler (Jen) of Forked River; his children, Timothy (Laura Styler), Brian (Kristin Styler), Jessica (Chris Relton) and David (Maggie Styler); and his grandchildren, Hunter, Ava, Hendrik, Evan, Austin, Lola and Ainsley.
