He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosario Cannizzo and Ann Cannizzo. He is survived by: his wife Eines Cannizzo; and his cousins, Robert Nemeth, Kathy, Victor Sevcenko, Theresa, Lee Elliott, Kevin Moore and John Lengyel (Eileen Hutchinson).
