He was predeceased by: his wife Josephine; his parents, Catherine and Peter; his siblings, Peter, Mary Collins and Teresa DeQuinzio; his niece Michelle; and his nephews, John and Stephen Zuvich (Ruth).
He is survived by: his sisters, Catherine Geier, Ann McDonnell (Frank) and Regina Zuvich (Karen McCauley); his siblings-in-law, Elizabeth Zuvich, Bill Collins and Albert DeQuinzio; his nieces and nephews, Debbie Connolly (Dennis), Betty Ann Monahan (Bobby), Mary Alice Kimball (Skye), Laurie Morris, Thomas DeQuinzio (Francesca), Ann Bastian, William Collins (Emily), Peter Zuvich (Stella), Carol Burns (Jim), Catherine White, Joanne Phelan (Larry), Kenneth Collins, Laura Caputo (Michael), Caroline McDonnell (Michael Ginsberg) and Meaghan McDonnell (Ernesto Aguilar); and his close friend Roy.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Peter the Apostle R. C. Church (445 Fifth Ave, River Edge, NJ 07661).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in his memory to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or St. Anthony's Guild, Franciscan Friars in New York City.
