She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Finley and Frances Finley (Parker); her husband Stephen J. Williams, Jr.; and her sister Fay F. Smith (W. Harold Smith). She is survived by: her children, Susan W. Bedford (late Les) and Thomas J. Williams (Joe Thomas). She is also survived by seven nieces and nephews and eleven great nieces and nephews.
