She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton McManis and Patricia McManis of Florence, NJ.; and her sister Joyce Gravener (Dean) of Florence, NJ. She is survived by: her husband Leonard Patrizi of Delanco, NJ; her daughter Lauren Connelly (Matthew); her granddaughters, Lily, Nora and Lucy of Point Pleasant, NJ; and her sister Wendy McManis of Florence, NJ.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.

A reception will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Givnish of Cinnaminson (1200 US-130, Cinnaminson, NJ 08077). A prayer will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Givnish Funeral Home (1200 US-130, Cinnaminson, NJ 08077).

“I am so sorry to hear of Kathy’s passing. I worked with her at Springfield Township Elementary School. Kathy was a shining light in my day. Her kindness and caring while working with students and staff members was inspiring. I always knew I could wander down to the nurse’s office for an enjoyable chat and warm friendship. Kathy’s life had true meaning and a mission to take care of all she touched. Thank you for your life of service. Nancy O’Leary.”
