He was predeceased by: his parents, Eva Petzoldt and Willard Petzoldt; and his sister Linda Petzoldt-Cannon. He is survived by: his wife Toni F. Petzoldt; his daughters, Jaime Wisniewski (Frank) and Julie Sierra (Jesus); his grandchildren, Christopher Wisniewski, Kyle Wisniewski, Jesus Sierra and Liliana Sierra; and his brother-in-law Greg Walsh. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
