He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sr. Dougherty and Emma Dougherty. He is survived by: his wife Kathy. He is also survived by his four children, six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Vincent DePaul Church (5021 Harding Hwy, Mays Landing, NJ 08330). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Holy Cross Cemetery (5061 Harding Hwy, Mays Landing, NJ 08330).
