With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jordan T. Jada of Delaware, New Jersey, who passed away on July 16, 2022 at the age of 21. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by : his mother Kimberly Segars; his sisters, Amanda Lafferty (Michael), Laura Razzi (Brian), Christina McCloskey and Sarah Fornaro; his nieces and nephews, Madison, Michael, Anthony, Kelli and Allison; and his grandparents, Rosemary McAfee and Gary Segars (Jean).

In lieu of flowers, and continuing Jordan's lifelong love of animals, donations may be made in Jordan's memory to Providence Animal Center in Media, PA.
