He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his daughter Holly; his grandchildren, Alicia (Shawn), Derek, Easton and Scarlet; and his siblings, Barbara Suydam and George Carlson. He is also survived by loving cousins from Hollywood, Florida; and nieces and nephews.
