She was predeceased by: her parents, Maria (Adam Pohl) and Anna. She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Cathy Koenig (late Peter); her sibling's children, Werner Kalatschan (Margret Johannsdottir), Margaret Kalatschan and Robert Kalatschan (Cherieann Damico); her husband Peter Koenig; and her son Peter F. Koenig. She is also survived by her family, friends.
