She was predeceased by : her father Sidney Oppenheimer. She is survived by : her mother Mary Oppenheimer; her children, Lore Diaz (Robert), John Rogan and Michael Rogan (Jeneen); her grandchildren, Jessica Conlon (Steven), Christopher Diaz (Nicole), Jennifer Adams (Cory), Patrick Rogan, Gianna Rogan, Michael Rogan and Christian Rogan; her great grandchild Eva Conlon; her sister Dottie Hiep; and her sister-in-law Kathleen Rogan. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations in Frances' name be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital by way of https://inmemof.org.

“How blessed I am for having known Frances over the past several years. Her sweet and gentle nature showed itself in the warm smile she gave me when I walked through the door at the Chelsea. There are special people who cross paths in your life and leave an indelible mark on your heart. Frances was that to me. I will miss her tremendously.
