She was predeceased by: her husband Frederick Flake Sr.. She is survived by: her son Frank Flake; her sister Elaine Stickle; her son Frederick M. Flake Jr. (Ann Marie); her grandchildren, Zachary Flake, Haley Flake, Micaela Flake, Brielle and William Chow; and her great grandchild Oliver Chow.
