Justin Andrew Rasp Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Justin Andrew Rasp (Denville, New Jersey), born in Livingston, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 19, 2025. He is survived by: his mother Doreen Brooks Thomson; his father-in-law John Thomson; his father Jeffrey Rasp (Dana Rasp); his brother Braden Rasp; his aunts and uncles, Carolyn (Mike Russo), Meghann (Joe Mautone), Jeff (Stephanie Brooks) and Lisa Rasp; his grandparents, Arnold Brooks, Cindy Kilgo Brooks, Rita Rasp and Betty Schlatter; his cousins, Alyssa, Joey Russo, Molly, Sophie Mautone, Carter Brooks, Gisella, Ingrid, Adrianna and Gianna Rasp; and his pet Grape. He is also survived by pets, but a real part of his family.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Norman Dean Home (16 Righter Ave, Denville, NJ 07834-2114). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. In 2020, during the heart of the pandemic, Justin took a spontaneous trip to Tractor Supply and came home with baby chicks, much to the surprise of his family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are being accepted to Eleventh Hour Rescue and the Rockaway Rockets by way of inmemof.org.
