We are sad to announce that on December 11, 2025, at the age of 69, Michael Paul Kalanick of Denville, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let his loved ones carry forward the torch of his memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of his love and the brilliance of his spirit. Though Michael may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raymond Kalanick and Glinda Kalanick; his wife Phoebe Kalanick; his son Anthony Kalanick; his sisters-in-law, Mara Costo (Leo) and Precy Enomar (Arnold Ponciano); his nieces, Tiamarie Perez, Irene Enomar, Angela Kalanick and Sara Salgado (Luther); his brother Paul Kalanick; and his nephew James Kalanick. He was also cherished by his 6 great-nieces and nephews, as well as many friends and neighbors.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Norman Dean Home (16 Righter Ave, Denville, NJ 07834). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Catherine of Siena Church (10 N Pocono Rd, Mountain Lakes, NJ 07046).
