He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas O'Hara and Katherine O'Hara. He is survived by : his wife Anita O'Hara; his siblings, Katleen Owens (late Raymond), Dorothy Brinker (Hank) and Thomas O'Hara (Felice); his children, Peter O'Hara Jr., Shawn Mark O'Hara (Marilyne), Tracey O'Hara (Stuart Landow), Jennifer Imbornone and Paul O'Hara; and his grandchildren, Sean, Nadia, Anita and Salvatore. He is also survived by friends, neighbors, and coworkers.
