We are sad to announce that on April 25, 2024, at the age of 96, Rita Ferraris (Denville, New Jersey) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Catherine Jerome and Mickial Jerome. She is survived by : her children, Michael Ferraris (Kathy), Steven Ferraris, Clare Kotteles (Barry), Mary Ann Hand (Mark) and Faith Oberman (Charlie); her sons-in-law, David O'Neill and Charles Dumke of North Carolina; and her close friend Pat Mulligan. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, numerous loving cousins, great-nieces, great-nephews, her caring friends and neighbors.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 1st 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Norman Dean Home (16 Righter Ave, Denville, NJ 07834). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, May 2nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church (15 Myers Ave, Denville, NJ 07834). A graveside service was held on Thursday, May 2nd 2024 from 11:15 AM to 11:30 AM at the Denville Cemetery (9 Savage Rd, Denville, NJ 07834).
