With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert James Scanelli (Denville, New Jersey), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 18, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Scannelli and Beatrice Scannelli; his granddaughter Julia Lynn Mayrowetz; and his siblings, Alice Scamporino, Ralph and Richard Scannelli.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Sattar Scannelli (Wood); his children, Cathy Scannelli and Robert Scannelli Jr. (Virginia); his grandchildren, Andrea, Christina, Robert J. III, Shara, Amanda, Max and Darren; and his stepdaughters, Sophie Geary and Roxanne Sattar-Mayrowetz (Jerry).
