He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph C. Cunningham and Teresa S. Cunningham; and his siblings, Janet DeLaurentis (late Matthew), Roy Cunningham and Dr. Bruce Cunningham (late Gloria).
He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann DePersia; his daughter Jeannie A. Adams; his granddaughters, Adriana Adams and Alyssa Adams; his brother Glenn Cunningham (Nancy); and his sister-in-law Patricia Cunningham. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
