She is survived by: her children, Jerry Chaput, Sean Chaput (Margaret) and Keith Chaput (Tammy); her grandchildren, Randy, Ashley (William Weber), Taylor, Mitchell, Kayla and Mason; her great grandchild Samuel; Wade Chaput (Vicky).
