We announce the death of Mary M. Houston of Deptford, New Jersey, born in Worcester, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 7, 2026, at the age of 79. Mary will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her husband William Houston; and her brother Francis Xavier Neagle. She is survived by: her sons, Brian Hanrahan (Tatiana Narvaez) of Odessa and Kevin Hanrahan (Angela Gonzalez) of West Deptford; the father of her children Edward Hanrahan; her siblings, Thomas Neagle Jr. (Barbara), Martin Neagle (Christine), Christopher Neagle (Sally), Peter Neagle (Karen) and Anthony Neagle (Carol); her grandchildren, Connor, Brayden Hanrahan, Ashley Vogler, Dominic, Isabella Gonzalez and Paris Guarino; and her great grandchild Elliana Spencer.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, a cause that reflects Mary's compassionate and giving spirit. Consider a donation, as requested by the family.
