She was predeceased by: her parents, Clemente Gomez and Isabel Gomez; her husband Pedro Ugalde; her sisters, Clementina Pena and Phyllis Semrau; and her son Phillip Ugalde.

She is survived by: her children, Peter Ugalde (Susan) of Randolph and Ramona Ugalde (Tibor Gyori) of Dover; her granddaughters, Sydney Ugalde of Randolph, Melissa Ugalde Mihalko (Joseph) of Whippany, Hope Ugalde and Hannah Luviano of Nashville; and her great grandchild Joseph Pedro Mihalko. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
