With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard J. Kelly of Dover, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 20, 2025 at the age of 75. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Richard J. Kelly to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Claire M. Kelly and Robert T. Kelly; and his brothers, Brian R. Kelly and Kevin M. Kelly. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Bernadette Kelly; his nieces, Victoria Marrero and Amber Kelly; his nephew Robert Kelly; his nephew-in-law Jose Marrero; and his great-nephew Bryan Marrero. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
