She was predeceased by: her husband Marco Tulio Ruiz Giraldo. She is survived by: her children, Rodrigo "Ricky" Ruiz, Ruben Ruiz, Noralba Ruiz and Norihelly Ruiz. She is also survived by ten siblings; fourteen grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; and many nieces, nephews, godchildren, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, charitable contributions may be made in Rosalba's memory to the Wind of the Spirit Immigrant Resource Center, 2 Green Village Road, Madison.
