She was predeceased by: her husband Vincent; and her children, Stephen, Peter and Dorothy. She is survived by: her children, Thomas Horn (Rita) of Ventura, CA, Patrick Horn (Julie) of Naperville, IL, Therese McClachrie (Thomas) of Highland Lakes, Maryanne Gillespie Mendez (Chris) of Raleigh, NC and Cathy Scutti (Donnie); and her daughter-in-law Clara Uribe Horn. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.
