He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Hallahan and Alice Hallahan; and his brothers, Joseph and Brian Hallahan. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Kelly Stewart (Scott) and Shawn Hallahan (Jenny); his sister Lynn Hart (Larry); and his grandchildren, Allison, Caitlin, Matthew Stewart, Hailey and Hannah Hallahan.
