He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his children, David Gavin (Lisa Maria) and Caroline Neglia (Carl Carvalho); his grandson Gavin Neglia; his stepgrandchildren, Dukkha, Gutxi Van Buuren, Sophia, Elianna Carvalho, Michelle, Olivia and James Holsworth; and his siblings, Patrick Gavin and Ann Nolan.
