Michael J. Policastri Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Michael J. Policastri of Dumont, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 19, 2025 at the age of 50. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Michael J. Policastri to pay them a last tribute.
Though Michael may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Michael touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Theresa; his daughter Sophia; his parents, John Policastri and Mary Policastri; and his siblings, Jennifer (John Sabatie) and Steven (Lisa Policastri). He was also cherished by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Riewerts Memorial (187 S Washington Ave, Bergenfield, NJ 07621). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (102 Park St, Haworth, NJ 07641).
