He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ralph, Thomas, Frank and Constance; and his parents, Sylvia D'Amore and Antonio D'Amore.

He is survived by: his children, Glenn and Jennifer D'Amore; and his former wife Deborah D'Amore. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
