Christina M. Balena Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Christina M. Balena (Dunellen, New Jersey), born in Somerville, New Jersey, who passed away on January 15, 2020. Daughter of the late Walter J. and Helen A. (nee Kanabrocki) Cwik, Christina had a long career with Loreal Cosmetics in Clark, NJ until her retirement. In her retirement years, Christina and her late companion Mike Tarantino enjoyed extensive traveling to Florida, Tennessee and the NJ Shore.

Ms. Balena was also pre deceased by her brother John Cwik. Survivors include her daughter Theresa Stofa of Plymouth, MA, her sister Constance Manning of Dunlap, TN, her grandchildren Daniel Boenig of Mansfield and Isabella Stofa of Plymouth, MA as well as many nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her lifelong best friend, Kate Russomanno of Eastampton, NJ.
