With solemn reverence, we commemorate Michael Walsh (Dunellen, New Jersey), whose life came to an end on October 28, 2025 at the age of 66, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert James Walsh and Constance Elaine Walsh. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Walsh; his children, Emily Barry (Peter), Catherine Francisco (Luke) and Kenneth Walsh; his grandchildren, Finn, Nora Barry, Peter and Daphne Francisco; and his siblings, Robert, James Walsh, Susan Walsh and Carolyn Lightener. He is also survived by fourteen nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sheenan Funeral Home (233 Dunellen Ave, Dunellen, NJ 08812). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St John the Evangelist Church (317 1st St, Dunellen, NJ 08812).
In lieu of flowers, the family is accepting donations in Michael's name to the VFW Post 5479 or to the American Legion Post 119.
