He was predeceased by: his father Thomas William Welsh, Sr.; his sister Elizabeth Hussey; and his niece Amy Markell. He is survived by: his spouse Laurie Welsh (White) of Dunellen; his mother Elizabeth Hannigan (Palir) of Edison; and his siblings-in-law, Earl White (Heidi), Rosemarie Edwards (Charles), Joan Bryan (Doug) and Kathleen Milos (Walter). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
