She was predeceased by: her husband Raul Manuel Batel; and her siblings, Lourdes Lora, Maria Maia, Joao Maia, Afonso Ferreira Da Silva, Jose Silva, Celia, Maia Silva Felix, Alexandrina Correia and Manuel Maia.

She is survived by: her sons, Paulo Manuel Batel and Alexander Batel (Angela); her siblings, Antonio Maia, Maria Helena Santos, Celeste S. Farinhas and Fernando Maia; and her grandchildren, Mia, Julia and Ania. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
