It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeff Mendez (East Brunswick, New Jersey), who passed away on October 23, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jeff Mendez to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mendez and Ada Mendez; and his daughter Janice Jeanette Mendez Cooper. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jeanette Mendez of East Brunswick; his son Scott Mendez; his children-in-law, Jill of Queen Creek, AZ and William Cooper of Middletown; his brothers, Michael Mendez and Gerard Mendez; and his grandchildren, Dylan, Julia, Kaylee, Justin and Dean.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brunswick Memorial (454 Cranbury Rd, East Brunswick, NJ 08816). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.

“I worked with Jeff at SWM. What a gentle, kind, smart man. Many times we needed him down on converting, the high speed machines, mainly the robotics. He was patient and helped us many times to get out of an electrical "pickle" to get us up and running. He would always share stories of his family with a smile on his face.
