He was predeceased by: his parents, A. Christopher Ferris and Amelia Ferris (Vanacore); and his niece Lauren Sannitti. He is survived by: his siblings, Carol Sannitti and Robert Ferris (Barbara); his siblings' children, Michael (Ashley), Paul Sannitti, Justin (Kristi), Daniel, Keith (Maggie), Ciara and Keirsten Ferris; and his brother-in-law Philip Sannitti.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Leonardis Memorial Home, Inc. (210 Ridgedale Ave, Florham Park, NJ 07932). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Rose of Lima Church (312 Ridgedale Ave, East Hanover, NJ 07936).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Chris's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (stjude.org).
