With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Margot (Jacoby) Vaccaro of East Hanover, New Jersey, born in Croton on Hudson, New York, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Margot left this world on September 10, 2025 at the age of 94, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ray; her daughter Kathy; and her sisters, Velma Sheridan, Joan Gera and Carol Tubbs.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patti Hudepohl of Ft. Thomas, KY, Joyce Churus (Nick) of Union, JoAnn Buckley (Rodell) of Lopatcong and Eileen Sheridan (Tom) of Woodbridge, VA; and her sister Gail Russell of McLean, VA.. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, four great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hancliffe Home For Funerals (222 Ridgedale Ave, East Hanover, NJ 07936). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Rose of Lima RC Church (312 Ridgedale Ave, East Hanover, NJ 07936). A burial was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery (225 Ridgedale Ave, East Hanover, NJ 07936).
