Vincent L. Wu Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vincent L. Wu of East Hanover, New Jersey, who passed away on April 2, 2024 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, John Ching Hsiung Wu and Theresa Li; and his siblings, Agnes Wu, Thomas, Edward, Theodore, Bosco, Francis, Rev. Peter and Stephen Wu.

He is survived by : his wife Patricia L. (Smith); his children, Vincent, Jr. (Maria Wei) of Belvedere, CA, Thomas Patrick Wu of East Hanover, Gregory James Wu (Kristin) of Ridgewood, Cynthia Wu Freyer (Warren), Nancy Wu Henry (Robert) of Brooklyn and Regina Lu (Dennis) of Spring Lake; his siblings, John Wu Jr. of Virginia, Therese Liu of Connecticut, Margaret Ho of New York and Lucy Gilbart of New York; his sisters-in-law, Diane Hsu Wu of Connecticut and Kathy Wong Wu of Connecticut; his great grandchildren, Emma and Madison; and also, Alex, Anna, Ava, Benjamin, Bo, Chloe, Dylan, Jackson, Jake, Jaeson, Kylie, Lucia, Lyla, Rachel, Sebastian, Sophia, Terence L. Wu, Stephen Wu, Jr., Nancy Ho, David Gilbart and Alan Smith.
