He was predeceased by: his wife Doris Emily Marley; and his parents, William Marley and Esther Marley. He is survived by: his children, Diane Cynthia Kaylor (Matthew) and William D. Marley (DeborahAnne); his grandsons, Matthew (Shauna), Peter and Andrew; and his great grandchildren, Theodore and Lucille.
The military honors will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Restland Memorial Park (77 Deforest Ave, East Hanover, NJ 07936).
