He is survived by: his wife Stacey Ann Mitchell; his sisters, Janis Boone and Billie (Erskine Hawkins); his brother-in-law Belton Pryor Jr. (Geraldine Pryor Jr.); his brother Harry C. J. Mitchell; his mother-in-law Loretta Pryor (Spiritual); and his cousins, Rosetta Span, William Span and Gloria Bush. He is also survived by extended family members, and dear friends.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at the Island Memorial Funeral Home (49 S Munn Ave, East Orange, NJ 07017).
A Foundation of Faith, Michael was introduced to the Lord at an early age by his grandmother, Claudia Lee Parr, in West Virginia.
