He was predeceased by: his wife Dolores Ann Rose; his parents, Patsy Rose and Margaret Rose; his siblings, John, James, Thomas, Joseph, Angelina and Madeline; and his grandchildren, Tony, Bobby and Christina.
He is survived by: his children, George Rose (Carol), James Rose (Debbie), Mark Rose (Joseph), Michael Rose, Robert Rose (Joan), Nancy Banca (Thomas) and Kim Koziol (Henry); and his great grandchildren, Gabriel, Connor, Emily, Gracie, Michayla, Jaxson, Kenzie, Tyler, Capri, Cooper, Caden and Frederick John, VI.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Patsy's name to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
